Camp Description: Running can be a great release for younger and older kids, so attending Cross Country Camp can be a fun opportunity for those who love to run middle distances. At cross country camp our goal is for our runners to gain confidence in their running skills. Runners will learn properly warm up and stretching exercises which will help gain flexibility and mobility. Proper running form and technique will be a big focus as well as how to improve your endurance over time. Skills that will be focused on at camp are plyometrics, dynamics, proper running techniques, hills, speed and distance training. No experience is needed for camp. Activities will be based on individuals experience levels.
Practice sessions: Every Monday & Wednesday
Competition Days: 5 races on Sundays in the Baltimore Metro Area (Race entry is a seperate cost)
